Crytek is predatory in their business practices. They promise fair play in their games in the **** and ignore people who violate the terms of service. I reported a user of their products who clearly violated their terms of service by ********. User profile clearly shows these cheats and brags about them: ***************************************************** instead of banning the violator they banned me from speaking. After contacting Crytek support about this issue i was told due to privacy restrictions they could not speak with me further about it. The player who provides evidence of violating the *** & the **** remains unbanned. They advertise a report mechanism that is supposed to settle these types of complains but then take no action even with blatant evidence. This is not fair to their customers who purchase the game. Evidence attached.Additionally, their products, specifically 'skins' they sell to players to make them more difficult to see clearly giving an advantage to a player in exchange for money is predatory. They wait a few months until people who didn't purchase the skin complain about the advantage others have. They then change the product so drastically that it no longer provides the advantage people paid for. Crytek's practice of selling highly effective in-game skins, only to change them after earning sufficient revenue, rendering the purchased skins useless goes against the typical buyer/seller agreement. This practice is unfair to consumers and warrants investigation. This has occurred twice with the skins named '****' and 'Headsman.' Evidence attached. The game has earth tones so they change the skin colors to be Red or Pink after selling them for months essentially changing the product in a way that renders it useless.

I bought the battle pass they were offering for **** in game dollars. This translates to roughly 15$ USD currency. I did not receive the battle pass that I bought but I was still charged my in game currency. I then had to go and spend 10$ on additional in game currency so I could afford the battle pass. Ive contacted the company through the manners they requested and I made a crytek account to speak with one of the costumer service employees. They continued to ignore my messages and the only response Im getting is from a bot. The website clearly shows a employee ************** online and active yet he has continually ignored my messages for assistance.
