    Buyer beware stay very far away from this company I was just banned over sending suspicious documents cause my verification rent lease had white out on it from my land lord making a mistake and when I told them that they said there's nothing we can do talk about being very unprofessional...

    Hello Better Business Bureau Team,

    This review is fake.  No customer has been banned over submitting a suspicious apartment lease agreement with white out on it, and I should know as I run the company and review any possible fraudulent document cases.  If the reviewer can provide a general time frame when they placed their order, then I can cross check any order received during that time and ensure proper policies were followed.

    More lies I talked to the customer service team through email last week they said I was banned caused I submitted a suspicious document all cause the rent lease I submitted had white out on it from my landlord making a mistake which I told them but there customer support was very rude and said there's nothing we can do your ban is permanent
