    I had a Brazilian done on June 3rd along with 2 other wax services for a total of $130. I now have severe ***** & or skin ripped off from my private area. Its very painful. I called them and told them everything, yet they told me they would call me tomorrow because they are doing an interview. Yet they are open for another 5 hours. I just need to know what can be done for this. It has caused me so much pain.

    According to our records, this guest was serviced in a different European Wax Center location on **** 03, 2023 that is not within our specific franchise. Our internal records indicate that the guest has never visited our South ***** location. We apologize for any confusion and hope the guest's skin is recovering from the incident that occurred in the European Wax Center location she visited on **** 3rd.
