    BILLING FRAUD! AVOID! SHADY!! Used for oxygen, carbon dioxide medical gas tanks as my veterinary practices sole supplier for 18 yrs. Invoices cryptic, impossible to understand. When my business permanently closed due to forced retirement in May 2024, all gas tanks returned. Found over-billing for #8 gas tanks (*************, oxygen) that we never had. We had #** tanks from ********* but billed rent for #** tanks; # tanks billed increased over time; >$7000 over-billed over 18 yrs. We only had storage tanks holders for #** tanks! Attempted direct communication assuming honest mistake- poor response to phone calls, letters, email. Owner ***** denied then attacked asking for even more payment from us for 8 tanks that do not exist. Review of our invoices, delivery sheets proved one ************* tank error and start of when total # oxygen tanks started increasing. ***** agreed on ************* error but no reimbursement, no response until invoices received 10/9/2024 for monthly tank rentals June-Sept for #8 tanks we never had. Charges even includes the one ************* tank that ***** admitted error on. Ongoing nightmare even to stop billing for ghost tanks. Do not get ripped off like my company! Just AVOID!     After 18 years of being a TWS customer we are saddened to hear you feel this way, and to receive this negative review.  Asking TWS to go through over 18 years of signed invoices, where we swapped out your full and empty cylinders, and look for a possible error and request a refund is quite unfeasible after so many years have passed.  Each time our driver makes a delivery the customer signs off on the invoice which shows how many cylinders are picked up and how many are dropped off.  At the end of each month our Rental/Lease invoices are sent out which clearly show the number of cylinders rented.  It is up to our clients to promptly bring it to our attention if they feel  there is a possible error on the cylinder count so TWS can investigate and make corrections if necessary.  All of this information is on the back of the invoice the driver leaves with our customer.  *** is a family owned local business, proudly serving Central Texas for over 27 years.  We believe in hard work, honest business practices and dedication to our customers as our many positive reviews show.
