Last month I received anotification from provider that due to Nat. shortage they couldn'tfill my request and to just pick another medication from the 2 they listed. At the time i engaged care. I signed release of medical for the providers I had been with the last 9 years. As well as the medications I was on. Under no circumstances is it ok to just "willy nilly" prescriptions. After this they Finally sent in RX and indicated I needed to meet with provider. I indicated then I wanted a new one. This month. My original appt was scheduled the 11th with same provider. The provider did not show. After numerous emails I was sent a message that on the 17th at 6:45. Today around 10am. The day of appointment I was sent a message that a new provider will meet with me tomorrow at 2:30.Not only have I made adjustments with scheduling so that I am in a place capable of wifi to have the appointments. ******* I meet for my follow up from breast surgery to discuss the cysts that were removed. Making it impossible to meet this time. The company has received NUMEROUS emails from me asking for a provider throughout this time. This is also not a medication designed to start and stop. This is the second month I have experienced physical withdrawal and neuro complications due to the ********** of medication. The company has a policy of cancelling within 48hrs or you will be charged. How can you charge me if you didn't even give me 48hrs to prepare? Not only that. The complete negligence of the situation and anything to fix it is UNEXCUSABLE! I am aware of other individuals they have done this to. You cant do that to people and call yourself "HELPING"! It is gross negligence on both the business and providers side as well as ethical malpractice. I have MULTIPLE emails which I am happy to submit. I am requesting a refund for last months charges. That No charges incurr this month. I am also requesting a refund for the previous 3 months. There has never been a prescription called in on time.
