    We signed a contract to build a wine cellar the july 1st 2021 for a total amount of $49,925.00.We paid on July 1st 2021 : $24,962.50 (1st Payment by check)and in January 12th 2022 : $19,970.00 (2nd payment by check)Since this date of January 12th 2022, this company didn't show up anymore.I called them many times, texted them also and send them e-mails.Since January 2022, they give me all the reason not to come ( car accident, broken material, grand-mother death, kid sick, dad at hospital, .... and so much more.Now, they don't pick up the phone anymore and my wine cellar is less than 50% done.I attached the picture of my wine cellar as they left it.I'm desperate and without solution. I paid 90% of the work and nothing has moved since 7 months. I kept on file all my emails and texts with them, if you need it I will forward them to you.Since 14 months, They really give me hard time and give all fake reasons to not continue working.Now, I already asked a ********* to finish the wood work inside (I have the invoice) and I still need to find a company to built the glass doors and to install it and also to connect the motor outdoor.
