      I have had a service contract for my septic system with is company for the las 4-5 years. March 27, 2023 I noticed the system was not running so I called to place a work order. *******************, office manager sent ****** out on 4-6-23. He arrived after 5:00 pm to replace the aerator pump. What he put in Hiblow HP80-0117 was different from what he removed along with the cost $1510.00 to be exact. Because this pump sits on top vs in the tank it required a new dome lid which he did not have with him took over a month to get it put on. After researching the pump, I found they can be purchased for ****** to ******. ***** spoke to ******, agreed to adjust the bill ******. Since April, I have called *****. She continues to promise to get me the paid invoice and refund. She did suggest I needed to replace the box on the wall and the ****** could be used to reduce the bill to ******. Still the invoice is not sent, refund does not come, and additional work did not start. Now they are not responding to calls, emails or texts. I see they have not obtained the necessary license to operate since 11/30/2016. While I have a service contract with them yearly, I cannot tell you they have been servicing my system. I allowed them to replace the pump only because I was under service with them. I should have told them no when I heard the price, but the pump was already in place at that point. Very disappointing!

      We paid $175 for company to check septic system quarterly. They never showed up, never inspected the system and promised to refund us but never did. Now when we contact them they hang up on us.
