    I had a tremendously positive experience at Universal Coin and ********. All my needs were met and they went out of the way to provide me additional information to deepen my understanding. I found Dr. **************** to be extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend UNiversal Coin and ********!

    My sister-in-law decided to sell her coin collection so I contacted **** ********************** at Universal ***************************** for advice. He provided a wealth of information including several books, articles that he has written, and a spreadsheet so she could get her coins properly organized and cataloged. He has reviewed that spreadsheet to determine the value of the collection. I want to thank Mr. ********************** and his staff for all of their help. It seems that there is a wealth of information readily available on the internet about collecting coins but not so much when it comes to selling them when you are ready. Mr. ********************** and his staff at Universal ***************************** has provided that information and excellent service to go with it. Thank you.

    Called to resell my silver back to ***** who I bought it from several years ago. He assured me at the time of purchase that he would buy back anytime going forward. Called and spoke with him initially this week of my desire to sell and he will not respond back. They will sell you coins but don't want to buy back when the market turns in favor of the investor.*************************, shame on you!!!

    I placed a silver order for six silver eagles (2 MS **** and 4 **'s) about 6 weeks ago and received the order. Upon inspection, one of the ** eagles had a noticeable scratch from one side of coin to the other on the reverse. I called and spoke to a silver representative who said she was also "customer service". Upon explaining the problem she advised I could return the coin for replacement, which I did, mailing it out in a large padded envelope, taped shut on April 15th. Concerned about the coin arriving, I called on the 21st and was told that my assigned broker, ******************* would be receiving and handling the exchange and that he would call me back on Monday the 24th. I received no call back. On the 28th, I again called and the person answering said brokers were out to lunch and to call back in ***** minutes, which I did 3 times getting a recording each time that "person at extension ****" was not at their desk. Looking over the literature included with the original order, I discovered a different "hotline number" for customer service and called that. I spoke to someone and clearly and concisely explained that all I wanted to know was #1, did my coin arrive and #2, when could I expect a replacement. After a brief hold, I heard dialing and knew I was in trouble as the call was being forwarded. Sure enough, a recording from a ******** said to leve a message which I did and he would return my call. I left a message and never received a return call.

We have taken steps to address the system issue that *** have caused the problem. Upon receipt of this review, one of our managers immediately contacted Mr. ***** and it is our understanding he is satisfied with the outcome of the call.     I ordered silver on 7/22/22 have not received my order sent 3-4 emails no response Not happy

    We are in receipt of Mr. ********* customer review. A review of our transaction records show Mr. ******* placed on online order with our company on Friday, July 22, 2022. He sent an email to the company on Saturday, July 23rd regarding the processing of his order. On the morning of Tuesday, July 26th, he spoke to one of our representatives who explained there would be a delay in shipping the product partially due to a COVID outbreak in our shipping department. On Thursday, August 4th, Mr. ******* sent an email regarding the status of his order. Unfortunately, there was not a reply to the email prior to Mr. ******* submitting his review on the same day. Upon receiving a copy of the review, a company manager called Mr. ******* to notify him his product was being shipped along with a 1-ounce silver round at no charge as a token of our apology for not providing the level of service we strive for with all customers. Mr. ******* was satisfied with the response by our manager.
