    I joined a program by the GLO to help me repair my home from damages done and it was demolished. I was guaranteed a home that would be durable, economically energy efficient. I and my brother spent over $6000.00 in the time we waited for the home to be built which took all of three almost 4 months. The home is beginning to look like what I was once living in. The ceiling has splits in it, the window screens do not fit, the AC unit duct work was blowing mold all through the house. My eyes were swollen, my ears were inflamed and my throat was infected- I nearly choked at work- coughing and unable to breathe- I was sent home and loss wages.
    The foundation of the house is not anchored properly- the anchors were lose and most were not located in the cement as to anchor the wood frame. I am concerned mostly about the foundation of this house and weathering quality of it. I reached out to these people moments of being in the house and there were some response but the service received was not adequate (i.e. a man came out drunk covered the gouges in the cement foundation with a simple thin layer of Quickrete cement. The a plumbing guy came out had no license and puddied a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink, and the non-licensed air-condition guy came out sprayed and wiped down the mold off the sheetrock and put new vents up.) This is just a small amount of what has taken place.

    1. DRC Representatives have been in contact with Ms. **** since her home was completed 9-30-21 and have been trying to work with her on all her concerns. 
    2. I talked to the HVAC contractor, and he said he was waiting on Ms. **** to contact him so he called her today and they are now in touch.
    3. Our Warranty team is in contact with Ms. **** and we will continue to follow up if further action is required
    4. In addition, she was provided an ACES  1-2-10 year warranty with her house.
    5. We will follow up with the DRC warranty department to see if Ms **** has contacted Aces. 
    6. We will remind her to clean filters and maintain HVAC unit for future better air quality.
