      Hello, Dropped off dry cleaning to the ********* location on Friday the 20th at 745am. They informed me that they no longer do same day service. Today I called to check the status and they informed me it would be Wednesday or Thursday before our clothes would be ready. I spoke to the location in ******** where the actually clothes where sent and was arranging to pick them up from that location to help with the timing. The manager from ********* called and informed me to never call another store again and that my clothes would be done Thursday. There advertising needs to be adjusted to say up to one week for clothes and not just tell people no more same day service.

      On behalf of ***** I do apologize for the delay on your garments. We did have a compressor that was down at the time and currently we are offering next day service. We are trying our best  to let our customers know before they drop off. I do apologize for the inconvenience for you. I hope that you will use this again and the next time we would definitely like to offer you $30 in-store credit.

      ******* damaged garments in excess of $300 in value in their laundry process when an ink pen exploded. They admitted their guilt and have promised to reimburse me for the damages after sending them pictures and prices. They agreed to provide me a check for the amount. After 4 phone calls and two store visits, they have still failed to reimburse me, and now they are avoiding me.

I do apologize for the delay on your reimbursement for the damaged shirts .  We have recently taken over Estelles Cleaners and still working on management over there. I do have your check ready as of today it will be at a store delivered and ready for you tomorrow in the amount of $335 again I apologize for the delay and hope we continue to serve you .

      On July 13, 2022 in the early afternoon hours, I dropped a pair of Navy Blue Pants off at the Munro's Cleaners located at **** ******* ***, Port Arthur, TX 77627. When I returned the following Monday, July 18, 2022, in the afternoon, the young lady who was working that day told me she couldn't find my pants...and the even asked me if I wanted to go to the Beaumont location where they clean them...to pick them up??? I asked the young lady, why would I go there to pick them up...if I left them here at this location???...I was referred to speak to ******* ****** at the Beaumont location...I always call her to check what's going on with my missing pants...I leave VM...no follow up calls...and I never received a call back from ******* ******. I left a VM for ******* ****** today and still have not received a return call back. This has been very frustrating to me to leave my garment with someone to press only and they lose them and have not compensated me for the pair of pants that they loss.

      I spoke with Mrs.**** on last Wednesday told her we were sorry about losing her pants and we would refund her and she ask me to mail check to her home and check has been mailed out . Sorry for the inconvenience your check has been mail .
