      This location on Ave a in *********** is a JOKE. The employees are so rude and condescending. When I first went to do business, I told them I needed a QUEEN *** SET & a TWIN *** SET. The girl showed me a *** set that was labeled as is. Had to buy in cash. No refund. The ***set I chose was on the floor and on display. It included the ********. Ok we moved over to the twin *** set. I picked the frame and ********. The girl did the paperwork and said our pymt plan for the twin set was $26 a month. We left, next day everything was delivered.tell me why the queen set I chose, was completely different. Its was a KING *** ****** ****. Didnt choose this. How did yall give me a queen ******** and queen ****** but a big ugly king ****** It wasnt even assembled when I was in the store!!! So how did yall give me this?? They said theyd fix it, never did. I still have this mismatched *** in my house. Then they delivered the twin ***. It was just a ********!! No frame!! I picked a frame! They said they would fix this too! Said they had the *** frame for me. But never received it. Only thing they keep doing is knocking on my door for this little a** ********. We missed one $26 pymt and they come knocking. My 15 y.o. Was home alone and the movers were harassing her and even said youre old enough to answer the door and give me my ******** really? I work 8-6 m-f. So Im never home during their business hrs. My children are not allowed to open the door. Thats protecting them. Yall hounding me for this ********, this incomplete transaction instead of trying to fix these issues. They are not accredited by the BBB, I checked. Im trying to escalate this to the highest of ranks I can. Because now my home is still incomplete, I still have this queen ******** that they wont do anything about. And I just gave them back their twin ******** even though I needed it. Now I have a child with no ***. And a queen ******** and a king ****** But they got their ******** back. No solution
