      This month will be 1yr I’ve rented from this place and let me just say it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever been through. First, my mobile home was so disgusting I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies after they said they would clean it by the time I moved in. I spent all night into the morning cleaning so my 2yr old could sleep in a healthy environment. The mobile home was furnished with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer hookup and refrigerator (supposed to have) well, mine didn’t have a refrigerator, I had to go out and buy one. Then about 5-7 days later they brought one and said well since you have one you can’t have another one. So they took it back. This place as so many roaches I’ve had to sleep with earplugs most nights. I can’t leave food in my crock pot cooking because it’s so invested. I’ve bought stuff numerous times but nothing kills them. I’ve told them about all the stuff that needed to be fixed by the first week I moved in. My mother who had cancer and other crippling arthritis fell through her bathroom floor by toilet. It took them about 1 1/2 months to have someone do something but all they did was put plywood down over the hole. Toilet still leans. There are soft spots through out the floors all in the house. Next big thing, Rent. I always have rent paid on time. But yet, the “managers” never cash in the money orders until later (sometimes they never come into office at all) every month I’ve had a late fee due to THEM not doing their job. I have ALL of proof I’ve never paid late but yet they still try to scam me out of money. I sent in proof to a lady supposedly a manager but haven’t heard anything back in weeks. I’m not paying anything until this is fixed. I’m tired of the emotional stress me and my 2yr old son our in. This is the most disgusting place ever known to man. I want to move but being a single mom it’s hard to just up and leave. I want this fixed and I want them to pay for everything they’ve done. They are racist to whites

      They do not have an email. They also do not have a phone number that they will answer. The only Email they have is one that they said do not reply to.
