    Don’t place your love ones in a nursing facility that refuses to give you a corporate number when an issue occurs. I received a bill from this facility that’s billing fraud. My loved one had recently been placed on hospice and the nurse states he don’t have long to live. I attempted many times to speak with the business office manager about the frivolous bill of almost $10,000 that’s been due since October of 2020 but seem to never get a response. She’s at lunch, on vacation or in meetings. The irony of it all is that my love one has only been at the facility for 3 months. I inquired about the bill, asked for corporate number, CFO name and number or Human Resources but no one has any information. PLEASE for your financial support DON’T admit your family members here. Ask lots of questions before you sign or pay for anything! He’s a hospice Medicaid patient for God sakes ????
