      We are a food wholesaler company using vector security system. We need to move to a larger warehouse to expand our business so, our company bought a new warehouse.But we had a lot of product coming in at that moment, and there was not enough space for the old warehouse for receiving, so we had to put those product to new location. Because we need a security system for it, we met with our salesperson - ******. The new location is under construction at that moment, so we cant not move in right away. We ask him how we can have security system on both location at the same time. He said just open an account for new location, after move in than cancel the old location service. Don't need to worry about any penalties if we cancel the old location. He said it just like moving the services to one location to another location so, it will be fine, and he would help us to wave if there will have some penalties. So, we just believe him and open an account for new location on March 2024.I contacted the Vector customer service on 8/22/2024 for cancel the service for old location.The representative told me that there is a cancellation fee for canceling the service so, I contact the sales person-******. Because he didn't answer the phone, I sent a message to him and he said he will check it asap. And second time I talk to him, he said he is working with his supervisor, so I think he is really working on it. But when I got the notification calling from Vector automatic service on September, I was trying to contact him again but he never answered my phone and messages. Even I called many times to Vector customer service, they said they can not help me on it, just let me wait and somebody will contact me... After calling the service center and waiting and waiting, finally I talked to the manager-******. But even she said they only can wave 20% of the amount from $1293.23. We can not pay the penalty for the wrong information from the salesperson gave to us. We want them to wave it.

      Customer signed contract on 2/23/2023 for a 3-year term at $74.99 per month.  Vector made a substantial investment in selling and installing the system.  Any verbal conversations regarding termination of contract are not valid. Customer is held to terms of contract less 20% as a courtesy.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The legitimacy of this conversation is evident. All sales hinge on the actions of the salesperson, and we should not be held accountable for penalties due to misinformation they provided. Its crucial to understand that the salesperson, whether directly from Vector Security or associated with a third party, represents your company. Additionally, we did not use any equipment or panels from Vector Security at our new location, nor did they perform any installation there. This confirms that installations were only completed at one location (**********************), and no additional services they provided for our new location.

      We sent the cancellation letter explaining the reasons we are unable to cover any associated fees already.
