      Spoke with the regional manager today, he said he is issuing a check and sending today.

      Please update claim as resolved. And an exemplary job resolving.

      ***** *********. So therefore I am shorted a 565 dollar ******** my opinion the service is still not completed due to the service request not being completed accurately. I am attempting to mitigate through the BBB. Before going to the next steps to retrieve the value for my lost/stolen/missing property.

      I brought my car to Modica Brothers on 1/29/2024 to have work done on my 2015 Chrysler 200S. (Front struts, suspension control arms, disc brakes and 4 wheel alignment. The sale rep that helped me initially, *************************, was exceptional and explained process. Tuesday he was off and the others there, ***** and the office manager ***** are not helpful at all and my car sat all day Tuesday with no work being done. Wednesday work resumed once ****** returned but my vehicle was damaged by the mechanic in the process. (I have pictures) It was brought to the attention on the shop supervisor and I was told to get to estimates for repairs. I was contacted by the district manager ******************* and was told the a check was being sent on 2/5/2024. As of this filing, I still have not received a check. ******************* acts like he is doing me a favor when they damaged my vehicle.

      After submitting my complaint, I was contacted by ******************* with Modica Brothers. He is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it by Friday 1/5/2024. he stated someone would drive to ******* to get the other two tires but it would take several hours. I was given to keys to a shop truck but was not going to bring that home for my wife to drive. I was then told by ****** the tires were ordered and would arrive on 01/02/2024 and for us to drive the car with the Hercules tires until the correct tires arrived and are changed out. Today, 01/02/2024, I called and spoke with ****** who checked and told me he can have the correct tires 3 by Thursday and 1 on Friday. It is obvious the order was never placed in an attempt to force me to keep the Hercules tires that I did not want in the first place. I asked to speak with **** but was told he got off at 3 PM. I then asked to speak with ****'s boss and was told a message would be sent to ******************* for him to call me. As of this writing neither **** nor ******************* has called. All I want is the tires that I originally ordered on 12/22 to be installed on my car and an alignment be done.

      Went to Modica **** on ******************** in ******** **.11/13/23 for a for an alignment.Two employees got into two different vehicles to bring them inside the work bays.Which one of the vehicles being mine.The vehicles collided with each other causing major damage to my vehicleAfter the incident i was assured it would be taken care of.Asked to provide an estimate after that was told it was to much.Was told to get another,after presenting the other estimate all communication stopped.Called for corporate number was told they would call me to no avail.Yours truly *******************.

      I did call the adjuster and learned that the car is in fact in the repair shop still ************ was pleased that the car was being repaired as opposed to totaled They,ve been in a rental car since the car went to the body shop, claim #******

      *********** truly placed this claim prematurely, he is totally satisfied with whats being done now, please let me know if I need to handle anything.
