    "Extremely Unprofessional"
I was recently a customer, I purchased a B&W drop hitch($400) returned and purchased a Weight Safe Middle Weight RV Hitch ($900) then returned and purchased a Retrax-Pro bed cover($2800), I would say that I would be considered a Valued Customer to most Businesses. Not to "Brian" as it turns out! I'm writing this review in hopes the owner of this business may have a different outlook than his employee does. Although rectifying the miscommunication in the "Wrong Rails" being ordered and installed on my 2025 F-350 ***** FAILED Miserably in hearing my complaints about the actions of his technician while not only representing Trailer Hitch Depot but in his actions during the execution of his work. #1, when a customer turns his keys over to a business to pull their vehicle around to have work performed they are putting the trust in that business that the employee has been properly trained not only to perform the actual work but also morally and ethically not to violate their customers privacy while in their vehicle, going through things, changing settings on things, etc. #2 Smoking, not everyone smokes, like myself I have allergies and actually don't appreciate the smell. #3 Standing inside a customers wheel to perform work instead of finding something else to stand on, unprofessional I think. #4 tracking muddy or in this case I believe to be animal feces inside a customers vehicle, either inside the cab or inside the bed in this case, again completely unprofessional. #5 Attention to detail before, during and after installation, proper fitment, gasket placement, packaging protective material removal all the things a installer should check before turning over to a customer I feel was completely over looked. When these things were discussed with ***** on the phone all I got were Excuses! All these things were pushed aside by ***** and in his mind just because he changed the Rails out he did the right thing.
    Thank You, Aubrey W. Eaves
