I bought the car from Kia ****** march 15 2024 and on may 29 i had it taken to winter chevorlet dealership because the engine was smoking. Based on what the Kia ****** salesman, ****** told me I could take it to any dealership that works with Warranty Solutions after a month. Warranty Solutions is now coming back saying that they dont want to cover the full labor and most of the parts Kia ****** I called and they did not return my phone call. They told me when I bought the warranty from them when I was buying the vehicle that everything would be covered and I would not have to pay for anything that Labor covered parts are covered, but turns out he gave me falsified information when selling me. The contract today werent too. Solutions called the dealership that has my vehicle now to get the rest of the labor for me. I dont have money to pay for a car that I just bought two months ago and yet the dealership is not assuming responsibility and neither is the warranty company. I need this matter resolved because this is ridiculous and this is taking advantage of a consumer

    Dear ********************:

We received your Better Business Bureau complaint letter in the mail regarding an engine claim. We thank you for your patience while this matter was under review.

On July 8, 2024, we spoke to you and the repair facility on the phone. After reviewing the claim estimate with upper management, we made an adjustment to the eligible amount of the claim.  On July 9, 2024, we called the repair facility and verified that they received payment.

We apologize for any delay or frustration that you may have experienced.

    Best regards,

My car required extensive repair on the engine on 4/26/2023, which was during the period of time we had an active warranty with Warranty solutions. The total cost was $8939.36 and the issues that occurred were things that were covered by the extended warranty. At the time my car broke my husband was hospitalized and I did not know/remember that we had the warranty. Once he was better he helped me to reach out to the company (still within the warranty period) and they were supposed to look into it. We sent them the itemized bill and information for our contact person at the shop we went to. This is the only shop in town that services this warranty company. They declined our claim without explanation. When I asked the shop if they reached out to them they did not.
