    This is a streaming service for iptv. 95% of the time, since my latest subscription I have been unable to watch anything. I have requested a prorated refund and been told that I could not be refunded, even though I can’t watch anything, as it was more than 7 days since I subscribed. The app iptv Smarters lite is useless, I have complained multiple times via live chat and have been told that servers are down and “may be” fixed in a week, that my internet is the problem, this is not so, I have multiple streaming apps and have no issue with any of the others. I can stream recorded and live content with no problem except on iptv. I have been asked, and have done so, to delete and reinstall the app, all to no avail. I have attempted to watch via the app and on their website, same results. I have requested that someone call me, never heard from anyone. I have had this service for several years and it has always been somewhat unreliable but I have kept it in order to watch live Irish football, live international rugby matches, and some British and Irish tv shows. Recently I have been unable to do this. I get error messages, stop and go streams, constant buffering, video but no sound, a few seconds of video repeating over and over again for hours. I am not requesting a refund because I have changed my mind about the service. I would love the service to work. I have requested a refund because the service is unreliable and doesn’t work.
