I took my son to ****** Frost Driving for his road test, only to be told that we could not proceed with the test due to a document that they had taken and subsequently shredded without sufficient communication or warning. After being promised that a replacement copy of the document would be made and signed by Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 9 am, I arrived promptly but found that the document had not been signed or made ready for us. When I requested to speak with a manager or owner regarding our unsettling experience, I was informed that nobody was available.Eventually, the instructor returned at 10:30 am and signed the document. At this point, I made it clear that I intended to pay only after discussing my experience with someone in charge. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the receptionist began calling around and attempted to have another employee pose as a supervisor. To my disbelief, they then escalated the situation by involving the police, resulting in my being banned from the premises without being provided the necessary form.I cannot express strongly enough the lack of communication, disrespect for customers' time, and unprofessional behavior demonstrated by the establishment are deeply troubling and render it wholly unsuitable for anyone.I want my sons form DE 964 deliver ASAP so we can get him licensed before college starts.

*************************** was at the ****** location, however. his time table is off. The last time he and his son was there was nearly one year ago. They left their documents and stated they would return  to retest within the next 30 days (prior to VOE expiration)  As a practice and after 6 months, all remaining documents (of all failed tests) are shredded since they are only valid a specified time period. Once he returned he was given the opportunity to pay the $10 for replacing the document and the retest was still free. I was out of town during this incident and was on the phone when this took place; it was not some random employee.  What ********************** fails to mention is that he became verbally out-of-control and threatened the girl behind the desk.  The ****** Police was called and escorted him off the property and given a citation for trespassing. He may remit the payment of $10 through the mail in a Money order to Frost Driving School and I will mail him the copy of the DE-964.
