Needed a copy of information from a report created and paid for last year for *******************. Once the report was paid for and created the ********************************* considers this a Public Record, Dog Ridge Water Supply Corporation is a Corporation but is regulated by the ********************* I own property 3 lots down and should have access to public records related to the area by the utility provider as it directly impacts me. I could see being charged ten cents a page for a copy of the report, but Dog Ridge refuses to release the Information unless I also pay $600 for the report that is a public record under Texas Regulations... I checked ****** reviews and Dog Ridge Water has 22 reviews , 20 are 1 star reviews and the reviewers say Dog Ridge Water are Incompetent and Corrupt, constantly overcharging and refusing to provide information to customers! Many reviews comment they had to list it as a one star review but would give them zero stars and that the water is constantly being cut off , turning colors or causing diarrhea ... apparently these guys are the worst water company in ***** . I have filed a complaint with Dog Ridge on the phone , I have also filed a report with the *************************** I have added my own ****** review as well , but I doubt anything will be resolved without intervention by the Texas public utilities commission, hopefully Dog Ridge could resolve this simply by providing me with a copy of a report from the last year that was already created and paid for one of the lots within 5 lots +/- of ******************************** in bell county.

On 7/27/2023 my water was turned off for non-payment, which was my fault - I simply forgot to pay the bill. I own that responsibility fully. I called Dog Ridge Water Supply to pay my bill and have my service restored. When I called, I was informed that they would take payment for my bill but that my service would not restored until I paid a $100 "membership fee" by check only. While at no point was I billed for this, and at no point was it mentioned by any associate in my prior dealings with Dog Ridge Water Supply, I was willing to pay the fee to simply have my water restored. I voiced concern over this practice however, notifying the manager that it seemed unethical to withhold service in this manner for a membership bill that was never sent - not via mail, email, or text. Rather than note my concerns, the manager raised his voice, yelling at me to "shut up and pay my ****** He then hung up the phone. On the same day, the technician who arrived at my house to turn the water service off threatened my husband and stated he would, "cut down our fence with a chain saw." The technician aggressively stated he had informed "her," (who I assume was the previous owner), of a need to move the fence, but as we only just purchased this property we were never made aware of this need by anyone within Dog Ridge Water Supply's company. This company's practices are higher questionable and I have very real concerns regarding the legality and ethics of their practices.
