    I have been receiving calls from not only patients but from insurance companies trying to get in touch with this company. When you call their number, the calls are routed to my personal cell phone. I BELIEVE THIS IS A HIPPA COMPLIENCE ISSUE and an issue all around. I have tried reaching out to the company directly and you are not able to contact anyone in the corporation and you can not reach any employees at the facility directly. This has been going on for over 1 year between several offices that is sharing my number within this corporation.

    Hello, 

    I received a call from the Previous manager *************************** about the calls on 5/12/2023. Upon her calling me of the situation that was going on I reach out to our credentialing and IT to confirm if this was actually happening and if so to please remove her phone number. Our credentialing department did reach out to the Insurances mentioned by the previous OM and confirmed that her number was not on file. It could have been on file when the office first opened and phones had no been installed but that was over a year ago and the she is stating that is has happened recently. Also, pertaining to patients calling her it could also be patients she established at the start of business where she gave her phone out for patients to call her back.  ***** the previous OM did receive a call from me (Operations Manager) that everything has been reconfirmed and that she should not be receiving any calls from insurance companies as her number is not on file.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am still receiving calls now not only from Benbrrk Dental but also starting this week for ***********. I have reached out to ************************* the *************** manager several additional times and as of Monday May 29, 2023 I have been giving out her number to all and every patient that has called me. This is a Hipaa issue as patients are leaving their names, date of births and contact follow up numbers to call them back. Per speaking with ***** several times in the month of May 2023 nothing has changed with the calls from patients. I have even given ***** several numbers from patients when I have spoken to *****. ***** did inform me she contacted the call center in ***** and they told her (that is also where the IT and business office is at) that they did not see my number listed. What I am being told by the patients is they are calling the main numbers listed on the website for the facilities. In my opinion if this has been "Resolved " then I would not be receiving over 10 calls a day. I am no longer getting the call from the insurance companies at this time but still receiving numerous calls a day from the patients. This is effecting my job at my current employer.
