    Absolutely amazing mechanic shop. The biggest thing I can say is they are TRUST-WORTHY! My **** **** E-250 Class B RV died on freeway on a Friday afternoon. I got my van in the shop just before they closed and **** was super friendly as I described my issues. Come Monday morning, the van was fixed at a very minimal cost (as a previous mechanic did not properly connect the ignition coil back up after replacing fuel pumps). Having an van with out of state plates, I was a bit concerned that I might get taken to the cleaners. Instead, ****** Automotive gave me awesome service. I would highly highly recommend them. There is a reason they have been in business since 1962.Note: There is a sign of front desk that mentions the CC usage fee. One of the first things I noticed when I walked in.

    Did not tell me upfront the charge a credit card usage fee.

    **********************, First of all, there is a large sign right at the counter that informs customers of the fee for credit card usage. My staff also, before cashing you out, informed you of the fact that there was a service charge if the invoice was paid with a credit card. You were given the opportunity to avoid the additional charge and pay with cash or a check, which you declined to do stating that you were not going to drive all the way home to get a check.To round it all out, you stated that you thought that charging a service fee for credit card use was illegal and that you were going to take this up with the Better Business Bureau.As a bit of background, credit card fees have continued to climb somewhat dramatically in recent history to a point that we could no longer absorb them. Instead, we chose to implement a service charge for those customers that wish to pay by credit card in lieu of raising our prices across the board. That way the only people that pay the extra charge are the ones that cause us to incur those additional costs.

    I was not told/disclosed to upfront about your CC fee charge until after the fact. You did not even give me a estimates with the fee on it until aftef the work was completed. What if I couldn't write a check, how was I to get my vehicle back? Pretty shady business pracitce in my opinion. Tell consumers up-front instead of relying on a post to the left of your cashier window that nobody reads or would even known about.
