    I have given all the information to this company that covered the insurance for a locker storage company and they did not reply to me for months except phone calls that said they are processing and they handed off to another company. I am guessing that they are not a recognized insurance company but only collect money. I guess the storage company dropped their business. Now the company that they gave my policy claim to has a computer process letter to their claims and have no one that answers the phone so I think both companies are a scam. ****** G ****** resent my information to that company but she has been doing things just to stall. The other company sent me a letter that says that I have 30 days to reply or they will drop the claim so I told ****** that I would file with BBB just to protect myself and I think that is the only reason she sent that letter. Her office number is ************. I hope you can do something with this, I just dont like being scammed by a company. You have my email address and hope to hear from you, ***** *****

    The tenant filed a claim stating a theft in *******, ** storage unit. The loss was for $150 dollars theft of a bike. ***** ***** sent us some documentation that we uploaded to our 3rd Party Claims Adjustor's portal. Mr. ***** only had one receipt of payment to the storage, no police report. The storage facility could not verify him as having paid even though he had a receipt. So his history ledger was nonexistent. We called the facility owner (twice) to verify. We filed the claim, it was taking time. Mr. ***** told our employees that they are crooks and a scammer of insurance. We did what we could to help him but he wasn't having it. Communication over the Christmas Holidays is exceptionally difficult.
