5 starsThe experience with Aqua-Man Water Conditioning has been exceptional. I found Aqua-Man Water Conditioning through feedback posted in our neighborhood ******** page from other homeowners that used their services and provided very positive feedback. We were building a new home in a new development and wasnt sure what we needed to do for the water. I called Aqua-Man Water Conditioning for a consultation appointment. The woman that helped me schedule the appointment was very friendly and helpful. I told her we would be traveling into town and she helped find a time for a consultation that would work for our availability while in town. **** came out to our home (build in progress), provided a lot of information, and gave a quote for a water softener and an RO system. They worked with my builder to schedule installation. Once we moved into our new home, **** came back for an orientation and walked us through all the details of the systems, provided additional manuals, tested the water coming from the water softener and RO system, and answered every question we had. We are new to using a water softener and RO system and had a lot of questions. **** kindly and patiently answered every question. From the initial call to schedule the consultation through our orientation, Aqua-Man Water Conditionings service was top tier. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed this type of service.Review fromDoug B

5 starsIf everything worked as well as Aqua-Man Water Conditioning this world would be a better place. We've enjoyed their services for over 20 years - water softeners and filtration systems, installation and service - and they always provide first class, timely service at reasonable prices. We met ***** about 10 years ago at the Aqua-Man Boerne business. The previous owners of our home had Hague Water systems that were out of warranty from ******** in ******. We contracted to replace the water softener and reverse osmosis systems. Now 10 years, with regular maintenance and minor repairs and lots of accurate advice, our systems are running at top performance. We recently had Aqua-Man Boerne add an Ozone machine to the concrete water tank due to low water recharge rate and possible quality issues during the current drought. This has provided us with the security of having safe potable groundwater for our home. Thank You ***** and Aqua-Man Boerne Team for all of your quality work and great referrals to help us over the years.

5 starsAqua Man is a wonderful company that cares about its customers over profit. We have had our ***** Soft Water Unit for almost 16 years. Recently we thought we should purchase a new one due to its age. They came out and did tests and advised us all was well, no need to buy a new one. We then purchased a Reverse Osmosis from them. The price and installation was great. The tech who put in the system charged us for labor. Before I realized the mistake because installation was free, Aqua Man had caught it and only charged us the cheaper price.
