    On Sunday, March 12 I contacted Affordable Cleaning Services about coming to my home and performing a deep clean. I offered to pay the business owner an extra $75 if she would come out that evening and perform a deep clean on my camper. Whenever she got here my fianc and I both spoke with her and clearly stated that we would like for her to perform a very thorough deep clean due to the fact that I had broken my leg recently and my fianc has been sick so it has been a while since we could really take care of the place.Whenever we had first got home there was clearly a lot of things in plain sight that didn't get taken care of/ the most obvious was the smell of dog pee coming from the carpet. The couch was clearly never moved and the floor behind it was an absolute mess and obviously it's not been touched, yeah and food crumbs everywhere, moldy food bags on the ledge above the window behind the couch. Still food spots on the stove tops. Whenever I originally attempted to contact her in regards to all of this she immediately became very defensive and was quick to make false allegations about my fianc and I. And after I notified her that since she didn't see fit to try and resolve this issue I was going *************** another cleaning service to come and finish what she was paid to do. And that I was going to be in contact with the BBB in regards to her lack of service and bad business dealings. I have attached all of the transactions between ****************** and myself along with all of our messages to help with your investigation. I would like to request a refund for the job I paid her to do which she fails to even come close to doing. I had to pay another service an additional $250 to come and do what she never did and that would be fair in my opinion.

    The condition of the **** was unsanitary and unhealthy for the owners and their 3 dogs that they had living in it. The carpet throughout the trailer was soaked with dog urine. The counter spaces were litered with old food, old food wrappers and food containers. It looked like they hadnt thrown anything away for a very long time. Nothing was organized and nothing had a designated spot. It was in total disarray from one end of the trailer to the other end. After looking at the condition of the trailer I should have declined the job but I felt bad for the young couple because he had a broken foot and she was pregnant. And they had the 3 dogs too.  So before I started I asked the couple what all they wanted done. The response I got was just do what you can and put any clothing you find on the bed in a trash bag. And they wanted the carpet shampooed. They stated they were leaving so I could clean and I told them I would let them know when I had finished.  I did what I could with the carpets I explained to them that they needed to be replaced. I cleaned the **** as best I could. They never were specific about what they wanted done and given the condition of the trailer I could only do so much. After finishing the living room area I went to the back bedroom and began cleaning it up and working on the carpet in there. While vacuuming I found an empty baggy of what looked like a ************************* like substace. I picked it up and sat it on the counter and thats when I noticed another similar bag containing the residue of the same ******* like powder substance. I quickly finished the back bedroom it was the last area I had to finish and I packed up my cleaning stuff and left. I called the couple the next day to do a follow up to make sure they were satisfied and ***** said yes everything was good and it was a lot better then it was. It was almost 12 hours later that he sent me a text message stating he was unsatisfied with the work i provided. I will attach the correspondence between us as evidence that I did try to resolve the matter. I firmly believe that the couple are drug users and dishonest. I have been in business since 2016 and I have not had not even one bad review or not even one unsatisfied customer. I take the entegrity of my company very seriously and I strive to provide more then what is expected of me and my company.  I did not go through any of their personal belongings. The accusations against me are false and I would like this case closed as soon as possible and a red flag put on this couple for making false reports and false accusations against me. I think they have done this before and are trying to con us out of money. I spent over 6 hours there and 3 of them were spent on cleaning just the carpets alone. I gave them a really good discount and the amount of work and tjme I put into cleaning their trailer plus the carpets should have equalled $365.00. Plus the $50 after hours fee and the $20 fee for traveling out of town.  I filled up 2 big black trash bags with just food containers and wrappers and trash from the dogs chewing things up. This job was way out of any cleaning companies scope of work. It was gross and disgusting. I dont know why the following mornjng when I called ***** was completely satisfied and then 10:30ish pm he changed his mind.

    I also would like to add that within the 6 hours that I was there I also cleaned the walls, the doors, the toilet, the shower, the sink, the counter tops that were accessible, the glass mirrors, the floors(vinyl)were vacuumed and mopped, the ceiling fan, and the table top that was accessible and shampooed carpets. The amount of trash and clutter that I had to get rid of first to even see the floors was ridiculous as well as the amount of trash and clutter on the counter and stove top. I did get down on my hands and knees and clean underneath their couch and behind it so i am not sure why he states it wasnt touched. Thats were a majority of clothing and water bottles(empty and half full) were located among other trash and shoes as well. I feel that I did more work then I actually charged them for and I will not be issuing any type of refund. They were located 40 min away from my office and it was Sunday Evening after hours.
