    I purchased a stackable washer/dryer for our company from Otasco. Before committing to the transaction, I made sure set up and delivery was included in the agreed price. The delivery man was not physically fit enough to get the unit into the house. I had to do it myself. Furthermore, the plug for the dryer didn't fit the wall plug and they also failed to bring the vent for the dryer(I was assured that they would return the next day to install both plug and dryer vent). They did show up the next day. However, the dryer vent they brought wasn't long enough and they didn't bring the plug(again, I was assured that they would return the following day to get us up and running). The next day was a no show. I had to call to "remind" them that we still didn't have a funtional washer/dryer. I was informed that they needed a picture of the plug that they needed. Got pictures of what was needed. They showed up that afternoon saying that the plug that was needed didn't "exist." They did finally bring the dryer vent, but didn't install it. The following day I was able to locate the plug that was needed that they said didn't exist. Long story short, I'm going to have to do the installation myself. Avoid Otasco at all costs, if you are unable to do installation work yourself.
