    Horrible customer service Representative comes up with excuses and try not to resolve the issue Delayed installation for over three months Customer ended up paying two different invoices for electricity, one from local utility company and one from solar financing company.

    Thank you for sending us this complaint. I appreciate you reaching out and being a voice for our customers. I believe in what the BBB provides and value the feedback.

    Per my notes on this project, we have a long list of communication history with this homeowner. For reference; once we have installed a solar system it has to pass a final inspection with the county. At that point we submit a letter informing the energy utility company the newly installed solar system is ready to operate with their approval. That process always holds up solar operation for several weeks. We were waiting for his utility company to give us approval to turn the system on. Once we received approval, we struggled to connect with homeowner. We were trying to turn his solar system on. We called several times but homeowner was not home, or didn't answer. Homeowner returned our calls but it sometimes takes up to 24 hours for us to respond due to the high volume of calls/emails we receive each day. We had a difficult time connecting with owner which also delayed activating the solar system.   

    We have every intention to complete each solar installation project within ***** days. Due to the many variables that have have to align, most solar installments take closer to 120 days or more. 

    I am deeply sorrow we couldn't get this homeowners system up and running sooner.
