    I own a **** ****** Camry. I purchased it from Napa auto parts well a few weeks went by and I realize the radiator that I purchased from them was it any good. I didnt have a vehicle at the time to get the radiator and exchange it and get my money back. Within the weeks while my car was messed up I had somebody take the radiator off and just sit it in the box it came in the . I will admit that the box did look a little beat up from sitting outside on my porch for those few weeks . When I went to return it finally they gave me the runaround saying that they would call me and let me know if they boss will let me return it because its a process that you have to go through to return it. So the next day they never called back I had to call them and when they didnt answer and I gave them my name and told them that I was the one who bought their radiator back into them. They told me that no I didnt buy the radiator for them but the day before that I showed the guy the register my receipt and he looked it up and I have warranty on it and everything but then when I get on the phone with them the next day to ask them about giving my money back they saying that I didnt buy the radiator from them saying that they dont sell those cards but who else sells them I personally call them and have them order it for me and I went to Brenham and picked it up Ive had it up to here Im not asking them to give me a brand new radiator again all I want is my money back and I still have my receipt from when I bought it .
