    Ordered jack leg kit for trailer only received half of parts can't get anyone to talk to me about rest of parts already paid for these parts this has been going on for 5months not returning calls bought these from there web sight

    I bought a truck and the dealership put a Northstar bed on it. It came missing a piece of chrome, doors were loose, couldn't see out the camera from glare of lights, fender rubber came off in a week. The drawers leak water. Light on bed went out in days. They send non matching light to repair. Within warranty the ball laid over while pulling trailer around curve under speed limit. Could have killed someone. Dealer said they'd never seen that. Should be warranty. Was given the run around. Had to call 3 places. Finally found a place that deals with them. They said for a fact it was warrantied and I should receive new bed free. That was rocking c trailers in Nacogdoches, Texas. Northstar refused to honor the warranty. This went on for months. I could not even use my truck to pull a trailer because it was not safe. After 3 months of nonsense I had to pay Rockin C trailer to repair this garbage bed. Now pulling a bumper pull trailer I tore the whole rear end of the bed out. I haven't even brought it to the dealership yet. I know Northstar will not honor the warranty. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life, and I'm going to do everything I can to continue to expose them.

    Norstar has tried to explain to Mr.******** multiple times that the issues he's experiencing are not defects. They are maintenance related issues.

    After being reviewed by multiple parties at Norstar, it had been determined that the cause of this issue is not a manufacture defect. Our assembly is lab tested to not fail unless it is overloaded past its capacity. Proper maintenance is also required to keep the product in good condition and ensure it can be used to its capacity.
    Since there is also no evidence to show any bad welds or issues with craftsmanship that might have contributed to this outcome, Norstar respectfully denied this claim under structural warranty.
    Our warranty states: "Parts, components or other items found to be altered or modified from their original condition without prior authorization of Norstar are excluded from coverage under this Limited Warranty. Damages caused by negligence, accident, abuse, misuse, overload, corrosive materials, vehicle collision, failure to properly maintain the product, or catastrophic weather conditions are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

    Norstar Truck beds maintenance interval chart is located in the owner's manual. You can obtain a copy of this online at norstarwarranty.com or at norstarcompany.com.
    In no way, shape or form, are we avoiding reasonable warranty to a customer.

    Northstar is still avoiding resistivity. The bed was not altered or over loaded. The dealership said it was defected. You don't maintain a ball/hitch that is welded into the truck bed. The dealership sent me to Northstar's own dealership (Rockin C trailer) who said it was defected and I should receive a new bed. Northstar again denied the claim. They drug this out over 4 months also. Please reppen this case.

    Norstar did follow up with the dealership and explained why the issue was not a defect. Norstar has made sure all parties were aware of how the product is built and the maintenance that is require.

    Once again they're lying. What maintenance is required of a ball/hitch that is welded into the bed? Once welded on its not a maintenance item it's structural. The dealership said that and their sales dealer rockin c trailer said that. This worthless, unscrupulous, thieving company has built a whole department to get out of warranty claims! The reason they denied it is because I confronted their warranty claim man and assured him he would make this right or there would be consequences. This is one of those consequences. I will continue to share this story until I die or they go out of business. I will not allow this company to blatantly rip people off. This incident could have killed somebody because of their faulty welds that they claim I am supposed to maintain... You can't maker this nonsense up!

    i have bought a trailer in january of 2022 and just 6 months later an axle bolts have broken leaving me with tow charge and repairs 2400 dollars later i finally have my trailer back and not sure if this will happen again because of poor manufacturing i would not recomend bying anything from this company ******* they would not honor warranty they call ironclad sales gimmick.it is clearly warranty issue when the pin from leafspring hanger is streched from normal wear and tear just after 6 months and XXXXX dollar trailer.i will pursue legal avenues.

    Mr. ********, we do apologize for the inconvenience and issues you had with your trailer. ******* is reimbursing your for the tow fee per the Iron Clad Warranty. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.

    In regards to the damage that occurred to the suspension sir, we had this damage reviewed internally and by an authorized dealer. This damage was due to the loose U-bolt not being addressed in a timely manner.

    Our warranty states that:
    Any claim or issue arising under this Limited Warranty must be reported immediately to an Authorized ******* Dealer and will be handled within a reasonable time after the trailer is returned to an approved repair facility. Damage due to negligence or lack of proper maintenance are not covered by warranty.
