    Im ******** ****** paid ************* ********) ******* on March 1 2024 at 12:19am Via Cashapp per her request. The owner have a recovery house in *********** Tx. ******* took my money and didnt provide any services that she agree to in contact. The day I came back from surgery was about 12:30 pm a worker was there to let me in after an hour she left with no staff there just myself and 3 others. I called the owner to ask what was going on and tell her we was unattended and I need a massage hours went by still no one I reached out again the owner said someone was coming still no one called me via ******** messenger then ask me could I have my aunt help out since she was my support person. Her stuff never changed my wombs feed me changed bedding clean my room etc the whole week I had to fin for myself almost past out my family called the brownvilles police for a wellness check once officers got there they seen no one in recovery house for as owner or staff and spent almost 3hours with us it is now investigation started against her with the police officer called emt for us to be seen I was neglected and traumatized this was my first surgery and I have been left with bad memories if I need get help I could have dyed!! She didnt have water for us. Supplies was very low very small cleaning supplies. I didnt receive any thing that was promised nor in her contract. She stated she would give me my money back but didnt she only ****** back via cashapp. Reason for not having any workers is because they quit due to not being paid for weeks. I didnt deserve this.

    ********** ******** took $1,053 to provide care for me after having surgery and did not provide what was paid for there was no 24/hr care no water no wind care no food no one to take blood pressure
