      Worst! Worst! Worst! Worst! I gave it 1 star because 0 is not an option. I moved my brother frim Caregiver, because it was so horrible. I believed nothing could be worse. I was so wrong. The staff are no more intelligent than the clients they care for. The management will ignore all phone messages, texts and emails. I attempted to contact them on Sept 25, Oct. 23rd, Nov 8th, Nov 10th, Nov 15th, Nov 23, Nov 27. No one has ever returned a call text or email. If you want to talk to them, you must show up unexpectedly at their office, that's the only way to speak with them. Horrible!!!! Worst company ever. Don't put your loved ones there. If you hate them maybe, but you would have to hate them a lot.

      Do not do business with this company or any of its entities. (******** ****** ******* ******) They own thousands to independent self-employed contractors and cut off communication when they are contacted for payment. They have also been reported to the Tx Medicaid fraud division.
