    Respectfully To Whom It May Concern,

    On Monday, October 16, 2023, at approximately 11:07a.m. I went into United Supermarkets just for a couple of items.

    When I approached the Cashier:0052 by the name of ***** *.

    Everything seemed to be alright nothing to write about.

    However, at the very moment, when the cashier eventually handed me the receipt. I made a simple effort to leave the store, hopefully without any problems. At this point, however, I noticed an employee from a distance, nearest to the doorway and seemingly among members of management headed my direction pushing a shopping cart as I was leaving the store. As I made about halfway going one direction, the employee veered the cart towards me, as if, he intended to terrorize or strike me with the cart.

    This has happened to me before including other supermarkets recently, and even a local church some time ago, giving me an impression that their actions may be easily described as community harassment by a group or position aimed to inflict retribution.

    My efforts by reporting the following concern to the Better Business Bureau does not include
    any request for a refund, but rather, an inquiry by corporate management into why this is happening to a customer of senior years and generosity.

    I would like an amicable response solely by email.

    On 10/03/23
    I called ahead to get information about vaccination availability and hours of apporation for the pharmacy. I arrived at the pharmacy at approximately 5:15PM. There was a line of other customers being assisted. When It was my turn to be assisted I advised the young lady at the counter that I had called earlier regarding getting a vaccine and that I was there to do so. The young lady was passive aggressive in her tone and demeeiner towards me as she informed me that "you will have to come back because we have been busy all day and we dont have time to assist you with this." I was confused so I asked if I needed to make an appointment. The young lady also stated, "No. You just need to come back tomorrow or a day that we are not busy." I looked around and noticed that they had finished helping all other customers. As I started to inform the pharmacy tech that I had called ahead, she stated Im the person you spoke with ion the phone." I told you it would take us 30minutes to do a vaccine." The young lady then looked at her clock and stated, "Its 5:20 and we close at 6PM so 20 minutes is not enough time to give a vaccine." I asked for the forms needed to complete and inquired if I can fill out everything and submit all paperwork and then come back. The young lady looked at me got a form, put it on the counter and shoved it towards me. I completed all paper work and submitted required documents as 5 other techs stood and watched as there were no customers left to assist. When I left it was 5:30PM and the pharmacy hours of opp are from 8AM to 6PM.
