      I had a water leak due to a hot water heater. My insurance company recommended Servpro and scheduled them. The mitigation department was tiimely and performed as needed. The second department of Servpro was the construction department. The project manager (**) was okay and after weeks brought samples out to replace my floor. The samples were unacceptable. He told me where he was purchasing the floor and I traveled and picked out a floor. I it was more expensive and my insurance company approved it but the ** I believe wrote it up wrong. I finally received a breakdown of the estimate. The ** brought out his contractor and the contractor said he could install the floor in one day. Also Servpro was going to pack me out and pack me back. The pack out occurred however the team that performed pack out took two hour lunches and was sloppy. After the pack out finally finished, the contractor sent a one person and his girlfriend out to install my new floor. The installer did not know what he was doing and started in my bedroom and was beating the flooring to lock into place, not knowing that the product were two different lots and didn't fit together. The ** was called and told to get the installer out and send another crew. Another installer and his girlfriend showed and up and luckily he knew what he was doing and discovered the product problem. All the flooring had to be ripped up, taken back to the outlet where they purchased. SERVpro charged the insurance company for items they did not do. Not the pack back. The people broke a lamp and drawer on a wine cabinet, placed jeans in the undergarments drawer and did a horrible job. I had a person here directing furniture who signed a document but he didn't have authority to sign. I had to take off work which cost me time and money to straighten all out and ************ in and organize. Please note that during the packout, pictures were taken. Why they didn't follow the pictures, I'll never know. I am not paying for this ******** service. I do have an email that I shouldn't have been on said derogatory things about me.
