    Placed an order, was told there was a 5-10 day processing wait, that time has expired, no updates, no contacting me through email or phone, I tried contacting the business and the phone lines are not accepting calls...how convenient!!!

    ******** services responses need some training and are not very helpful. Ordering takes forever, like at least 2 weeks to maybe ship if your lucky then who knows how long itll actually take to reach you with their shipping. For a holster? Lol. They may have great products, maybe not, I dont know b/c Ill die of old age waiting to receive anything I order. As good or better options available through other companies and you can receive your product in a timely fashion, usually w/in a week elsewhere.

    Ok product, the website is misleading and I would not trust it. Before you buy anything email their customer service. To verify fitment. Having said that don't even bother ordering because their customer service is ridiculous.Their site had bad info, their customer service admitted so as well and when asked about another holster they gave me different recommendations then their own website. Planned on exchanging the holster for a different one and buying the correct one when the model was released. They refused to pay return shipping even though the wrong item was ordered because of their inaccurate website. A point they did not refute until the final emails. They did offer because it was their fault ( multiple times) what they consider "fair" compensation. The SAME cyber Monday coupon code that I received in 4 promo emails. That everyone on the mailing list also got. To them that is "compensation".Told them I was fed up and I was returning the whole order with the expectation of a full refund, including shipping. They said send it back. I paid for return shipping. They only refunded the cost of the items. When I contacted them again, now they offer a return shipping label.......for the items I already shipped and that they already confirmed they received. Not sure how you can use a return label on something that is already shipped.They could have eaten 10 dollars and gotten additional purchases. Instead they insulted the customer and lost what I had already paid them(except $10). Great business sense.

    Bought a holster that was supposed to fit my and it wasnt even close. Had to pay return shipping and was not refunded the shipping on the initial order purchase.

    It looks good, but for me thats about it. I measured for the belt the way they suggested and the belt just barely fits. The holster looks good but it wont allow for re holstering as the area around the trigger guard is to narrow. I wanted to love this set, but Ill stick with the bigger names as looks alone wont cut it.
