      Buyer Beware!! Shipping charge scam!Let me start by saying that I have been a long time customer of ********************** for a very long time. For over 10 years or more. On 7/31/23 I placed an order with them and at checkout there were 2 options with shipping with charges of either $4.90 (Economy 5-8 days) or $6.90 (Standard 3-4 days) but no reference as to the "shipping service" used for those charges. Since they mention they use **** on their shipping page I had assumed that the charge of $4.90 would be for **** First Class shipping (same service but now renamed to **** Ground Advantage) and the charge of $6.90 would be for **** Priority Mail shipping. I paid for the upgraded shipping cost of $6.90. My order was shipped via **** First Class/Ground Advantage. Whenever I confronted them about this I was told that the charge that I paid ($6.90) was for **** First Class/Ground Advantage. So I said if the charge of $6.90 was for **** First Class/Ground Advantage then please explain what shipping service is used for the charge of $4.90? It was a simple question but I was referred to the **** site for their shipping services which had nothing to do with the question I asked about what shipping service does Everyday Minerals use for their shipping charge of $4.90. And same as the previous reviewer below, I sent numerous emails for a month trying to get someone to explain this to me and was totally ignored. So buyer beware, they will ship your order under the charge of $6.90 via **** First Class Mail/Ground Advantage instead of Priority Mail. I have no idea what service is used for Economy Shipping ($4.90) since they refuse to answer that question. They have lost me as a long time customer and I will be taking my business elsewhere! Everyday minerals is no longer the trustworthy company that they used to be! So disappointing!
