I walked in with a pre-approval from my credit union ready to buy a car. After a test drive and some discussion, my sales person ***************************, told me they would match the rate my credit union offered if I financed through them. His general manager, ******************* agreed and wrote the terms out on a quote. I agreed to finance through them with the terms being matched. After they processed the financing paperwork they came back with an APR over 9 points higher than what theyd agreed to. Hard checked my credit for no reason when I had a private financier ready to go, then changed the terms. My fianc is on the middle of chemotherapy and they knew all this when they made the verbal and written offer, then changed it after they ran the credit. Liars, crooks, and absolutely heartless people with zero integrity. Im sure they pull that garbage all the time and theres absolutely no way I would ever spend a cent of my money with them, or allow anyone I cared about to waste their time with a dealership full of liars.

    To Whom it May Concern,

**************** did come to our dealership to look at a pre-owned vehicle and informed our sales person ***************************** that he was pre-approved through his bank.  When I spoke with **************** I asked him what his pre-approval was and worked the deal at his rate and told him it would be with approved credit since we hadn't seen his credit.  On the worksheet I worked it at his rate and wrote WAC beside the rate.  After running his credit we would not be able to compete with that rate on that particular vehicle.  We did work with the bank and stayed in communication with **************** and a few days later was able to get him a different vehicle at at a better rate that what his bank was offering.  We have resolved this and sold him a different vehicle at a better rate.  Thanks for your time.  If you have any additional questions please let me know.

    Thanks, *******************
