    My wife and I have used Cadence Home Solutions on three separate occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The owner is receptive, knowledgeable, and accommodating to say the least. They run a tight ship and I'd recommend them to anyone needing honest work. Would give them 6 stars if we could!

    I was needing my roof replaced and the thought of it was a bit overwhelming. Cadence was wonderful and took the time to explain and walk me through the steps start to finish. They broke down the estimate and the process of going through my insurance and maintained great communication the entire way. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again for making this process less confusing and for making me feel at ease.

    I hired Cadence Home Solutions, owned by *****************, to rebuild ******* after my original homebuilder had failed twice. I needed rafter repair, new decking, underlayment, shingles, and installation of gutters. The finished product, when *************** was done, speaks for itself-perfection! After three years of dealing with my home builder and ultimately winning my lawsuit against them I am thrilled with my new roof.***************** has a degree of dedication and commitment so rarely found in todays world. He is a man of unrivaled attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and impeccable integrity.     From the time I began working with *****************, he promptly answered all my questions and explained all that would be done, including all roofing and parts that would be used to replace *******. He never ignored my calls and returned them right away! And thats what I liked most!! His workers did a good job and all in one day! German made sure cleanup was great. Was a good choice out of my 3 bids! Thank you!

    Cadence was the 10th roofing company or so to knock on my door after a recent hail storm. I wanted to tell the rep to kick rocks, but before I had the chance he asked me a pinpointed question that caught my attention. We ended up chatting for a good 20 minutes. *** explained the situation and answered every question that I had, and believe me I had many. He guided me through my first insurance claim and was there from start to finish. Out of all the companies that I had spoken to, he was the most knowledgeable and the only one who didnt try to get me to sign a document right there on the spot. The entire process flowed just as he had stated. I am very happy that I went with Cadence. Love the work, love the personal touch, and love the teams that replaced my roof and gutters. Thank you Cadence Home Solutions, you really came through! I cannot recommend them enough. Give these guys a call, you wont be disappointed.

    Honest and trustworthy!!! Mr. ***************** was very professional and transparent. Crew replacing the roof were professional and courteous. ************* personally inspected the work completed by his crew. He ensured the work was done properly. There were no hidden fees/charges. Estimate was no provided in writing and there were no presume tactics. I highly recommend Cadence Home Solutions for your home improvement and roof replacement needs.
