      I ordered a large double flight cage. The plastic tray was broken. They sent a replacement and it was fine. I am very happy with their service and product.

      WARNING Do not buy! They ship damaged cages and parts. I spent over $1,000 for a cage. It was delivered damaged. I contacted Bird Cages for Less and the agreed to send me replacement parts for the damaged panels. 2 weeks later I received a new set of panels bet more severely than the first set of panels. I contacted the company again. I agreed to give them one more chance to make things right. Today the new replacement panels were to be delivered. The delivery driver called me to let me know she checked her truck and once again I was sent more damaged panels. I contacted Bird Cages for Less to get a refund. I was ignored so had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
