  I recently threw a birthday party here for my two boys who were turning 4 yrs and 8 yrs old . I posted a review in regard to the mis communication that I had with staff in regard to party pricing for the packages and how I was given a false impression. There was no management there to clear the issue nor did any one call to discuss the review instead I was met with ill mannered repute by the owner of the company his response was and I quote you refused to pay because "you could not afford it" with all the nickel cups you wanted for your party. We were kind enough to take back 4 of the $5 nickel cups you had not used, so you would only be charged $100 for 20 $5 cups of *******. **9.While we are deeply saddened that you and your family "WILL NEVER be back..." -- this is only an exceprt of the nine points the owner took out of his day to list in regard to my party. at the end of the day I would never hacve paid 120 to sit in their hot party room when I have a house . i could have done food and drinks at my home . I am from ***** and am used to the heat the owner welcomed me here in regard to the heat of the facility and I have lived here my whole life . what a jerk

  Here is her original ****** review:This place is over priced and the management is poor. I threw my children a joint party this past weekend to much dismay. It was hot as hades in the facility. I was running late by a few minutes there was no compensation to my 2 hrs of time for sitting I paid 120 dollars for because apparently you have to pay to sit down at this place. I was advised incorrectly by staff members that the party pricing was inclusive of ******* for children because never would I have ever paid. 120 dollars for 24 people to sit down. When there is a 2 dollar admission fee I was charged 120 to sit down! And then $100 for *******. That I was told were a party of this 2 table ********************* and my family WILL NEVER be back Here is our ****** review response:I want to take a moment to clarify and respond to each of the points you made within your review. **1. We are NOT overpriced. We are actually VERY cheap in comparison to other family entertainment facilities. **2. Our management is NOT poor. We are VERY involved in making Jurassic Zone a safe, clean, up-to-date, family-friendly, affordable, and fun place! **3. Welcome to Summer in ***** where temperatures are 100 + degrees Fahrenheit. Our air conditioning is working extremely hard, but at times it can become warm when there is a large gathering of people in the party room and you are working hard and chasing around kids at your children's birthday party. **4. "I was running late by a few minutes" and "there was no compensation to my time" .... CORRECT! It is not our fault you were running late. You have a scheduled time for a reason. **5. You are not paying to sit down, you are paying for the TWO PARTY TABLES which are each $60 for 1 hour and 45 minutes -- and that includes 16 admissions per table within the cost per table. **6. Never have ******* (ACTUAL MONEY) been given or included with party table pricing. Our employees would NOT have told you this during booking. Additionally, on the party table form filled out with your guests names, it states CLEAR AS DAY "EXTRA CHARGES: $5 Nickel Cup = $5 EACH." We would be happy to post this as proof. You can also find this pricing in a frame on our wall, on our website, and ******** Page. You originally asked for 24 $5 nickel cups, that is $120 in ******* (once again, ACTUAL MONEY). We do NOT pay you to have a party with us?? **7. If you had NOT booked a party, you would NOT be allowed to use tables and the admission would be $3.50 plus tax per person = $90.72 to get into our facility with 24 people. We include 16 admissions per table purchase (and a $2 per person admission fee if you have over 16 admissions per table). Per your ******** post that you tagged us in, you brought in cake, fruit, chips and queso, fried chicken, and decorations. Not sure where you would eat all that good food if you did not purchase any tables? **8. At the end of the party when it was time to pay, you refused to pay because "you could not afford it" with all the nickel cups you wanted for your party. We were kind enough to take back 4 of the $5 nickel cups you had not used, so you would only be charged $100 for 20 $5 cups of *******. **9.While we are deeply saddened that you and your family "WILL NEVER be back..." -- at the end of the day, we must run a business. Prices are going up and up and up all around us. Our business is no exception, however, we have not increased our pricing because we strive to keep our facility affordable. As a last note, we hope your children enjoyed the party boxes that are included as a surprise with booking a party with us - that include REAL DINOSAUR FOSSILS!
