The product was returned due to it not performing as was explained to me. The eye doctor gave me three weeks to return the glasses, I returned them within the first six days. I canceled the rest of the products and the replacement glasses due to the member of the staff I worked with being extremely rude, and combative about my return of the glasses and what I considered poor treatment to my needs. When I tried to voice this displeasure, I was accused of being rude to them. I sent an email thru their website requesting to speak with the Dr., I also requested three times with other staff members to ask the Dr. to call me so we could work this out. I never received and communication with the Dr.Burleson Eye Care first tried to give me ****** refund. When this was pointed out that it was not correct, that it was short ******, they gave me three different reasons why this was left out of the refund. None were legitimate. The first one was they paid the insurance company to see.The second reason given was that ****** was owed to me by my insurance company, VSP, not Burleson Eye Care. Though I contested this was not the case, I called and verified with ****** on 12-14-22 at VSP that that was not the case, and the ****** was not part of the ****** paid to Burleson Eye Care. The third reason given was the ****** was for lab fees, which could not be refunded. There is no mention of lab fees on the receipt and have never been mentioned until this time.It was explained to Burleson Eye Care several times that the ****** is what the insurance allows for a frame allowance. The receipt shows that the total amount was ******. The insurance's part was ****** and my responsibility for services and products was ******-125.00 for services, ****** for products. Once I returned the glasses, the insurance took back what the paid for said glasses, ******. This is separate of what I paid, the ******.I believe I have tried in good faith to resolve this with Burleson Eye Care.
