    I ordered something for a Christmas gift and never received it. I reached out to the company no less than 8 times since December 12th. That is when I received the tracking information. However, all the tracking shows still is label created.The one response I did receive apologized and told me theyd add a free $25 mystery box for the inconvenience. They said they would find out and get back to **** believe I followed up 6 times and still have not received my original order (the tracking status still says label created only) I paid for this order around thanksgiving as a Christmas gift. They should either fulfill their obligations or refund my money,

    We apologize there was a delay of shipment due to item being out of stock at the time and a back order by our distributor.   We sincerely apologize for the slow communication regarding this order. A $25 Mystery Box was sent with our sincerest apologies because of the delay.

    I order a t shirt about a week and half ago and it's still sitting in ***** where this crappy company is. When I text them about this issue? I get " I haven't sent it out I will send it out Friday. Now I have to wait longer. But take my money... so wrong

    So sorry about your experience  we value your support its the holidays  and we are running behind i will give you a 100% refund  and send you  your package on us again im sorry and i hope you will continue to support us

    I am rejecting this response because:they sent me message claiming a refund but still yet to see it on my debit card and they said that I'm still getting my package but it's still sitting in *****.so they can go s**** off thiefs
