    I have used this vendor for over a year now with no issues. Will sold me on a roof product for my RV, that (to my understanding) was durable, required only a 2-year inspection, and would add additional protection. Upon having routine maintenance completed, it was discovered that there may be issues with this product, so, I reached out to this company for assistance as we were not given any paperwork, warranty or manufacturer information. Will has refused to respond to any requests in order for me to call the manufacturer, as it appears he is holding a grievance, that has nothing to do with what my current needs are with regards to this product. No matter what a company "feels", this vendor should stand behind their work and the product they sold, forward me the manufacturer information needed, in order for me to have resolution. Based on this recent experience, the ethics of this company are in question. My current opinion, however tragic it is, is that I would be careful not to upset this company, for you may not be able to receive responses for work completed by this company, and be without assistance.
