    On 11-25-23 I placed an online order B348464 and it was received on *****. I ordered 4 body butters and 3 oils. The oils were packaged in plastic bags. The butters were not encapsulated with any plastic seal but when I opened 3 of them they looked fine. But the Shore thing (it did not have an oil) was used. Someone had scooped a lot out of the container. I was totally disgusted! This is very unsanitary! This practice is how germs are spread! I will never order anything from this company online again! I want this issue resolved! There was no customer service phone number for online orders. I filled out a form but havent heard anything back.

    Almost 3 months ago now I was apart a a buff city soap fan page on ******** and this woman who said her name was **** and she worked at the ******** ***** location had made a post about how they made soap whips that other locations do not and that they ship so I told my husband about it and he said I could get it as an early mother's day present since it's been the only soap I'm able to use because I have rosacea so I called the store and "****" answered, took my order and said it'd be shipped that Monday but a couple days later I try to pay one of my bills and it kept getting declined so I called my bank and all our money literally hundreds of dollars was drained from the account and at first I didn't think it would be buff city since they are a well known store but I had reached out to the store and to corporate who gave me a credit for $47 and the store was told to add a laundry detergent as well but at first corporate didn't understand because nobody by that name works at any of their locations so they put me in contact with a woman named ****** who told me that the woman did indeed work there but her name was not **** and that she has been fired since and that she'd be sending my order. Weeks went by I still didn't get anything and body would message back or answer my calls so I made a ** phone number and the store answered said they sent package, a couple days later I got it but it was nothing I had asked for or originally ordered and store said they are not willing to help further for me to contact corporate again which I've tried but nobody will answer I even reached out to ************************* who owns many buff citys in that area and started explaining what happened but he hung up on us so I'm not sure what else to do and have been nothing but nice about trying to get my order. It's been a nightmare dealing with police, the bank and being purposely ignored by a company that I've spent so much of my money at over the years for this to happen and them not to care.
