    I had an excellent experience working with **** from Dream Chimney over the course of three separate visits. From the initial inquiry, his communication was prompt and professionalhe alerted me when he was on the way and arrived as scheduled.On the first visit, he tackled a very challenging dryer vent cleaning job. The vent had multiple bends and an exterior exhaust located high on the side of the house, but he handled it thoroughly and safely. During the second visit, he and a helper cleaned the **** air handler, the exterior condenser unit, and the ductwork throughout that area of the house. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out any concerns, made sure everything was cleaned properly before finishing, and provided before and after pictures of the work. On the final visit, he cleaned the chimney and repaired the crown that had been the source of leaks during rainstorms. What impressed me most was not just the quality of work, but the care and professionalism he showed at every stepespecially in cleaning up after each job. I highly recommend **** and Dream Chimney for any vent, chimney, or **** cleaning and maintenance work. Truly reliable and thorough.

    I want give a HUGE THANKS to **** for coming out today!!! I just wanted a quote for Duct cleaning and learned I need wayyyy more than that. **** came out and showed me some things and I can say he just saved our lives and our home!!!

    I recently had the pleasure of using Dream Chimney's services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I contacted ****, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. He cleaned, and inspected my chimney. Sealed, and cleaned mold around my HVAC system. Unplugged a clogged AC drain. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the service I received, and I would highly recommend Dream Chimney.

    **** *. and his Dream Chimney company are FANTASTIC!We have smoke filling our house every time we use the fireplace. It was so bad that we hadnt used it in over two years. **** was in our house, looked at our situation, surveyed the outside of our roof and had a solution to our problem in less than 15 minutes. He was an absolute pleasure and so knowledgeable and professional. We couldnt possibly give **** and his company a better review. Start and stop your search with Dream Chimney!

    Called **** after another company quoted me 20k for my fireplace repairs. He was quick efficient and easy to work with. Overall I ended up paying less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me for the same work. Highly recommend.

    **** was timely in his arrival and quick to inspect the duct route. He determined that a cleaning wouldn't be sufficient and the installation as it was was a fire hazard. A previous worker had installed an outlet cover to prevent birds, but it was actually the perfect birdhouse since it trapped the heat and lint from the dryer. He offered to replace it with a standard cover and seal the gaps around the pipe, which had been allowing debris from the nest(s) to fall into the attic. With a day's estimate of work, he said he could start immediately, but I scheduled a return visit for a few days later so he wouldn't be rushed (it was already midday).**** and his partner arrived early as scheduled, and managed to finish in a few hours. He kept me informed throughout the process, showing me what he was removing, what was causing the blockage, and what he was installing.When we first contacted him, we just expected cleaning service. Instead, we may have also completely solved the recurring problem we've had with our dryer.
