  100% recommend ***** and Bentli Homes! We were first time buyers and completely lost on what to do. After the first meeting with ***** we were HOOKED. ***** found us the perfect home and worked HARD to get us in. They have answered every question we had and even some we didnt know we had. We will be recommending Bentli Homes to EVERYONE we can!! Thank you again to this incredible team.

  Oh boy where do we start. We bought a home from them last year in roughly August. And from that day, it was a down hill spiral. They came in and did an immense amount of dirt work that didnt need to be done, poured unlevel concrete on an unlevel pad, didnt use a licensed plumber to lay our water line, didnt use the right size pipe nor the right ***** they didnt give us options and were making us wait like 90 days just to get a DRAWING for our septic so we ended up having to use our own septic guy and pay EVEN MORE out of pocket, I myself am a licensed plumber and had to add my own water spigot as well as plumb in all of the sewer BY MYSELF under my brand new home. But wait, theres more. ****** in the office has been one of the most difficult people to deal with post signing on closing day. She sometimes doesnt respond, and when she does, its a few weeks or month later. ***** the owner isnt any better either. But now we fast forward to being in our home for literally less than a week and we came home to our kitchen flooded because the roof had a leak. What did they do? FLEX SEAL! Get out of here thats the most temporary fix. Now were having all kinds of cracking in our drywall, floor bubbles, trim popping off everywhere, multiples of roof estimates that prove our roof is AWFUL, bubbles in our cabinet trim around where the flood was. This has just been so much in 6 months. This is a brand new top line ******* Home. And yet neither ******* Homes nor Bentli Homes wants to step up and make it right. So here we are letting THE PEOPLE know what its really like to spend $170,000+ on a mobile home and receive god awful customer service. Not backing their products nor their customers like they should. We are forever regretting our decision to use either parties to fulfill our farm dream.

  Bentli Homes responded to the customers request on 5/16/23 @ 12:13. We asked for pictures, so we could get with the manufacture on their behalf. As of 6/19/23, still no response.

  We have sent multiples of emails to them with pictures of everything multiples of times. We have emails to back it up. We have our phone records to back it up as well. Weve reached out multiples of times since and have yet to receive anything back. As to many other of your customers as well. Im over it. Its time to fix things and make it right. Whether yall want to or not.

  Bentli Homes is the perfect place to go if you are looking for a Manufactured home. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will help you in every step of the process and stay with you for all your needs and issues. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you need. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

  Bentli Homes is the best. We looked at many other places and Bentli Homes has the same houses other places do, but their customer service is the best. Bentli Homes we’re so helpful in the whole process of our home from start to finish. They keep their word.
