I contacted the person who first called me in August 2022, ***************************, who informed me that my eldest sister was approved or accepted, to be admitted to the Alz. unit @ ********************; and asked for a copy of paperwork she had received from the person who made these arrangement's. I was told that they would be mailed to me, but when I called again to inform them I hadn't received paperwork, I spoke with another employee, ******. Even on Aug. 25, 2022 when I went to EH Communities to speak to ***************************, I only got ****** who took me to a meeting room to wait while she called & looked for ***************, She never brought her or anyone else to me. Most recently, I was told by my sisters' daughter that her husband had told her their are funds set aside from my ******** ********* for other needs; ***** liner's, clothes, deodorant, etc. I called **************************************************************** twice & left her a message to please return my call. But she failed to call me back. I know that my name should be on my sisters' paperwork as one of her medical POA's. Yet I have not be able to see the paperwork they received that caused ******************************* to notify me in the first place.
