      I am writing to share my experience regarding an ongoing dispute with this company, specifically involving their representative, ******. After a conversation with Mr. ****** and ******, we mutually agreed to cancel our contract due to a major over delivery of producttwice our usual amountand our decision to discontinue the use of Parks products and equipment.Per the agreement, we issued a formal 30-day cancellation notice, setting the end date for March 14, 2025. ****** verbally confirmed he would pick up the unused product on March 5, 2025, and retrieve the equipment on March 11, 2025. ****** did come to pick up the product as scheduled; however, he has since denied doing so, and the company continues to bill us for product we never received.Despite multiple calls and emails, I received no response from ******. The equipment was not picked up until March 20, 2025well past the agreed-upon date. Even their accounting department has been unable to reach him or his supervisor.This companys lack of accountability and unprofessional customer service has been one of the worst experiences Ive had in business. I strongly advise others to avoid working with them.
