    As an industry professional, I urge anyone considering DFW Stone Works to avoid them at all costs. My experience with this company was riddled with delays, unprofessionalism, and a shocking lack of expertise. They came to our project with almost no understanding of what quality countertop work entails, bringing in workers who clearly lacked the necessary skills. Instead of a competent team, *************** assembled a haphazard crew that seemed utterly clueless about the requirements of both residential and commercial projects. This ******************** and skill not only derailed our timelines but also put us in an extremely uncomfortable position with our own clients.Even more concerning, they demanded 100% payment upfronta tactic that felt like a trap. Once paid, they showed no commitment to delivering work that met acceptable standards, and any attempt to address their missteps was met with excuses and added charges. It was as if they were finding ways to squeeze out more money rather than solve the issues they created. Their complete disregard for professional integrity and accountability shows this isn't just an inexperienced team; its a borderline scam.Their approach is unethical and untrustworthy. This warning comes from experience: hiring *************** could leave you cornered, frustrated, and embarrassed in front of your own clients. I strongly advise against relying on them, as they prioritize money over any commitment to quality or customer satisfaction. For anyone in the ****** or DFW area, steer clearthis company will take your money and leave you regretting every step of the way.

    Had an appointment for bathroom countertops. Made the selection, paid in full. Told 6-7 weeks for installation, we were in no hurry. Week 9 I had not heard from anyone. I contacted **** - did the measurements did not hear back. Text ***** - took the payment for difference, no response. Called office to talk to ******, sales person - had to leave a message insisting a return call.****** did call back. They were behind in fabrication. She would call me early next week with update on an install date. No call, Wednesday afternoon I called again to the office. She was not available, left a message. The next day I received a text from ***** about install dates.At week 11, the bathroom counter tops were installed - not a pleasant experience. The installer asked what was to be done so I showed him. Knew the challenge would be the tub area. I explained the plan and mentioned he must have drawings or information. He mumbled, 'I don't have any info'. I immediately text **** and he explained that the installer has a rough bed side manner but had all the measurements. If there were any issues to deal with him direct, not the installer.There was a tiny miss communication between **** and us about the countertops going alongside the cabinets but it was not an issue after **** explained the look. **** mentioned his guy was the best, did over a **** installs - would be beautiful.Next day of installation I noticed the quartz on the sides of my tub window were different heights. I texted **** and sent pictures. The installer then asks rudely what don't I like. I show him - he starts to complain that he will have to take off the other pieces making more work for him and taking more time. **** never responded to me. The installer finally removed the pieces, trim down the quartz to look the same on both sides. As the customer, I should not have to oversee the project and hear workers complain! Very poor communication. Called twice to address these issues, no return call.
