      I have been with Trans Tech since 2013 for my small business. When I decided 2 months ago to go with another company because Trans Tech was charging me huge fees they said I signed a 3 year contract n that it renews every year automatically. Which I DID NOT KNOW! They take the fees out of my bank account monthly so I put a stop on that. They are saying now I owe them $914.77 to get out of this contract. I DO NOT feel that I owe them this since I have been with them since 2013. They say they will take legal action and ruin my credit. I feel they are trying to extort money from me. I see other complaints that are very similar to mine. Can you all please help me with this.

      We contacted the merchant via email on 12/27/2022 stating "Closing fee of $495.00 & Collection fee of $200.00 will be waived. However, the October statement fee of $159.77 and bank return fee of $30, total of $189.77 will need to be paid. The statement fees are for the transactions you made for October 2022". Merchant responded on 1/3/2023 stating that she didn't owe any monies. We responded to the merchant on the same day with a breakdown of the charges that she does owe and gave her the phone number to contact us. We are waiting for the merchant to call us.
