This company doesn't have defined pricing for services, which leads to wildly different prices depending on what the technician feels like charging you which seems like it should be criminal.

I used the service Yahoo! advertised & because I needed to urgently fix my door I paid $1,365. Now I find that they overcharged me for a Torsion Spring as well as the ************* ($625 for the spring when it should've cost around $80). I don't recommend this business as they severely markup the prices of parts & contrary to their name are in fact Unaffordable. They also said they would not charge a Service Call but at the end they charged me a Service Call. Very dishonest overall & their location seems to just be a gas station which seems shady.

DO NOT EVER! Use this company to service your garage. NOT EVER!I called because the door wouldnt go up or down and just beeped. They told me it was $30 to come out and tell me what was wrong with the door and IF I CHOSE to have it fixed by them, they would waive the $30 service fee.So the guy comes out, I say the one safety is green and he says the other one should be red, literally moves the safety eye 1/8 of an inch with his pointer finger and says its fixed and says That will be $171.When I originally called, the woman said the $30 would be waived IF I CHOSE to have them fix it, doesnt that mean they have to give me a price and then I choose to have them fix it?! I WAS NEVER QUOTED A PRICE They must get a lot of complaints because I was immediately put through to a women who would absolutely not budge and had all the answers. She just said is it fixed? Then you pay. When I asked to speak to her manager she said I am the manager there is no one above me, only the owner and hes not available, EVER. She said he owns several companies across the ************* and does not talk to customers. She said Do you talk to the owner of Wal-Mart?I said no, but I would speak to the Manager, the General manager or the District manager and she said there is no one above me. Then hung up.

Exorbitantly expensive service. We had them come out to repair a garage door that had come off the track and the cable had come loose. It took the technician less that 20 minutes to complete the repairs. There were no parts required. The charge was $488.38. He gave us a $75 coupon so the total charge was $413.38. Called the company to ensure the charges were correct and received a lecture on how the time of the repair was no factor. That the technician was good at what he does. And, yes, the charges were correct. I will never use them again. We had no idea it was going to cost anywhere near this much. We were not forewarned before the repair was completed.

I agree with all the reviewers. I spent over $40 to get an estimate to replace the springs on my garage door. The estimate was for over $500 to replace the springs and I said I wanted a second opinion. I called another garage door *** that was scheduled to come out that morning--said he'd call first, but I had him on speaker and asked what he'd charge for new springs and he said $275. I didn't think I needed new springs at all I thought the guy was a hustler--he showed ** in a new truck with no boxes--he wasn't there to work. Turns out I didn't need new springs after all and the bill was $80.00

$40 ************* ad is a ploy to get in do an inspection and run up a bill. I declined the $1k bill for repairs on my working garage door. The tech got annoyed with me sprayed a bunch of WD40 all over the place, charged me $40 and left. No tune up. Save yourself $$, buy a $5 can of WD40 and do it yourself!
